Ava Daw 2018-2026 - Founding Member
Ava joined in 2018 and soon led outreach, program coordination, and volunteer training, growing services and improving outcomes. Her long tenure steadies the mission through staff and program changes. She mentors new staff, simplifies operations, and secures resources to keep the mission growing and focused.
Alex Mahr - Founding Member 2018-2026
Alex runs performances and events: he prepares materials, coordinates with teachers, and handles day-of logistics. He sets up equipment, keeps things on schedule, and ensures smooth transitions for polished, natural shows. He supports families and volunteers, answers questions, and comforts children.
Sophia Licata - Founding Member 2018-2026
Sophia is a dedicated non-profit music teacher who makes lessons accessible to all children, regardless of finances. Patient and empathetic, she creates motivating, calming lessons and a supportive community where children learn, bond, and grow in confidence and musical skill.
Emily Mangan - Founding Member 2018-2026
Emily is a nonprofit music teacher who makes lessons available to all children, whatever their family’s income. Patient and kind, she leads calm, encouraging classes where kids learn, connect, and build confidence and musical skills.
Jenna Lauria - Founding Member 2018-2026
Jenna organizes shows and events: she makes materials, works with teachers, and manages the event day. She sets up gear, keeps time, and makes transitions smooth. She helps families and volunteers, answers questions, and comforts kids.
Giana Porter - Founding Member 2018-2026
Giana is a non-profit music teacher who makes lessons available to all children, no matter their financial situation. Patient and caring, she leads calm, encouraging classes where kids learn, connect, and gain confidence and musical skills.
